We loved the pool area and the ocean right in one spot! It was very clean. We loved our ocean view!! We loved that we could order drinks and food right at the pool area and didnt have to go elsewhere.

Apartment smells mold got running nose allergy. Poor instructions provided for hot water and heater functionality. Tried to buy pina colada in the pool but the was told that the guy who works with the credit card was not there. Awesome service from the front desk and security personnel very friendly and helpful.

I didn't get the apartment that they promised checked in to another appointment the AC didn't work they moved me for second time the new Apartment didn't have WIFI or TV for 3 days they wanted to move me again for the third time I refuse after 3 days they fixed the Internet

I seriously didn’t have a nice experience in this apartment, there was no internet it was disconnected, the stove was not working properly we had to call maintenance 3 times to turn it on, the host was never available they didn’t get in contact with me until the day I left, sheets had bad smelled and the bed was so uncomfortable also there was no water heater, bad bad experience there was no one available when we got there the reservations was not ready and I had to wait there for an hour. And the air conditioning was turned off by the breaker when we got there we were trying to turn it on and had to call maintenance after we came back from the pool area because the room was not cool and that how we find out the the stove was not working either.

Todo comenzó con un mensaje que por un error del sistema de renta de expedía nos Permitió reservar dos noches y que solo tenían una disponible, más tarde nos confirmaron la segunda noche justo antes de llegar al alojamiento. La cerradura del alojamiento estaba descompuesta en primera instancia una supervisora tuvo que abrir el alojamiento usando su huella y ya unos 45 minutos más tarde nos suministraron las llaves. Durante todo ese tiempo estuvimos esperando fuera del alojamiento. A la hora de dormir más o manos 10:00 horas m nos dimos cuenta que el aire acondicionado no estaba funcionando, me mantuve llamando a recepción hasta que dos horas más tarde conseguí que el equipo de mantenimiento fuera y revisara, el equipo de mantenimiento estuvo aproximadamente entre las 12 y las 2 de la mañana tratando de resolverlo la situación del aire, y finalmente No se pudo resolver. Terminamos colocando los colchones en la sala y el área del balcón. Esa noche fue una pesadilla. Lo único de calidad que recibimos esa noche fue la asistencia de un agente de Hotels.com quien movió cielo y tierra por reubicarnos, aunque no fue posible por la hora, pero nos garantizó un reembolso completo de la estadía y un gran sentido del respeto y de empatía.

Le condo était bien, mais on a trouvé que les salles de bain devraient être plus propre, les drains des deux salles de bains étaient bloqué, également le lavabo de la salle de bain attenant. On a eu des problèmes d'eau chaud. On a aimé la plage et la piscine. Environnement tranquille et sécuritaire.

El apartamento como tal, está bien equipado y limpio La piscina bien cuidada y la playa justo detrás del edificio. Mi recomendación es darle mantenimiento a la infraestructura del edificio por fuera, se visualiza medio abandonado
