"The property is very fancy, nice and clean. The reception was fine, no issues, person who checked us in was polite and friendly. The rest of the staff made me feel as though I was imposing to ask questions or get directions. The restaurant was overpriced, when we asked to order off the menu since we did not want such a large buffet we were discouraged and told it would take 20 to 25 minutes to get. My husband ordered oatmeal and received yogurt. The quality of the food was only ok but expensive. The parking was difficult to pay and the attendant was aloof to help find a working payment machine. All in all, the feeling was that we were imposing on staff to get help or ask questions. Due to rain we were not able to use the swimming pool as that was our initial plan."
