Staff was great, facilitues were grea,. The keys were an issue all the time.To open the room, to get out of parking, at.check.out. The coding canceled for no reason in different ocasions. Otherwise, it would get 5 stars

The front staff was a young lady with a smile and she was very helpful. The room was clean. The only thing about this hotel is the service at the bar, as they can see you but do not come to you to ask if you want anything. You wait long as you have to call one of them when you see them passing ...
