「This is a beautiful little hotel and I was very comfortable and the staff were helpful and friendly. But this isn't a 4 star hotel. It's a very good 3 star. There just aren't the amenities you would have expect for a hotel in the 4 star range」

「The property is located in a great location in Quito, lots of great restaurants, cafes and bars within walking distance. The staff were friendly and helpful. You need to press a buzzer to have a staff member come and physically let you in every time. An automated unlock would be nice but not huge issue. The breakfast was good, they cooked fresh eggs to your liking. The only detractor was some cleanliness issues with our room, mainly a used bar of soap left in the shower from a previous guest....

「Basically you never make mistake when staying by NH Hotels. But this time, it was a mess. I made reservation thru Hotel.com and it shows breakfast included. When we check in at first day, staff asked us to pay for breakfast and we refused, ask them to check with Hotel.com. 2nd. day, staff asked us again to pay breakfast and we insist don't pay, it's problem between NH and Hotel.com. Then, few hours later, they apologized for this mistake, everything was solved. 3rd. day when we check out, NH...
