"The property is right on the beach. Staff was helpful when our unit lost AC and we had no WIFI. Moved us to a new room. The restaurant Las Palmas was great!!"

Great Hotel but Unhappy with the $1000 Deposit

"The hotel and staff are fantastic and we had a wonderful time. But I am unhappy with the $1000 deposit required at check in. First I find it far too high and second the process to refund it was very strange. At check in they charged my credit card $1000 and then at check out they said they had to ..."
