El peor hotel

Muy mal no nos hospedamos el lugar estaba muy sucio en pésimas condiciones, había humedad en las paredes de l extractor pegado con cinta y ella aire acondicionado no funcionaba, la ropa de cama tenía mal olor y habían cucarachas, no nos pudimos hospedar solicitamos la devolución del dinero, me comuniqué con hoteles.con y aún estoy esperando la respuesta
