This hotel near the CAN airport and have a hotel shuttle bus every hour. it's easy and suit for overnight transit.

The breakfast was excellent. The property is well kept and there are plenty of restuarants nearby where the food is good abd inexpensive. The airport shuttle was very helpful in getting to and from the airport everyday. It helped in getting to local busses and the Metro system.

Bed Bugs Beware!
There were bed bugs and so they changed my room. Even the new room wasn't good ...it was late and I was terrified sleeping there and woke up next morning to a bug bite. It was a horrible experience for the few hours of layover!!

The place is very beautiful and clean. The neighborhood is nice. The breakfast is great. People who work there are very friendly, and respond very quickly to requests. There are free shuttles every hour to and from the airport. Very convenient. Once at the airport, the subway can go anywhere, including the next city Foshan. And the subway system is nice and clean and very inexpensive. If you are in a hurry, there is a DiDi car there to serve you. Overall , I highly recommend this place, and will stay here again next time.

The apartment is a pleasant surprise. It is clean, spacious and evrything works. Great for a stopover between flights. We'll book again if we come to Guangzhou for a longer trip.

Poor communication, no shuttle bus
We booked the hotel for a long stopover at Guangzhou airport. Prior to the stay we asked if we could have an early checkin as we arrived in the morning and left in the evening. No response, also after several reminder emails/messages. So I booked two nights to be sure. When we arrived at the airport, we could not find the shuttle bus from the airport. Instructions were very unclear. We were sent from one place to another but never found the bus. The telephone number did not work. So we never stayed in the hotel and wasted our money.

Very nice property for the price. Check in is at the hotel but that’s not made clear. Was trying to get to the apartment but couldn’t locate the address on the maps. Airport shuttle is supposed to be available, but only from Terminal 2. Was told to call to request for it upon arrival. Not a good arrangement for foreigners with no local line. We ended up taking a cab which cost close to RMB80, including tolls.

The property is almost a 10 min drive on highway away from airport. Difficult to find out where in airpirt to go to catch shuttle to hotel. Helpful and efficient. But definitely not 0.1miles from airport as advertised. Its 0.1 miles from the pheonix hotel in the same chain. Once at hotel it was clean and well set up.

Great place, super close to the airport. I arrived at 2am from Vietnam, then finally arguing with the taxi driver to let me go because he said he waited 2 hours in line. Then reception couldn't find me after 40 mintues on the system... Then, the first room's shower didn't work The phone is next to the elevator outside, I told them. They said they would swap rooms. After another 30 mintues, someone finally arrives and gives me the new key Without even taking the second one. Then I settle into the second room, and that shower wasn't working either. I gave up trying to change rooms again, so I had to wash myself with the glasses given to drink water with the tap. After I finally get into bed it was 5am. I check out explaining the situation, they couldn't care less and still charged me for breakfast. Best part about all of this, not one word of English was used.

It is an apartment with one or two bedrooms.You will stay in one the buildings behind front hotel. Golf cart is available any time for transport between hotel lobby and resident apartments. There is a courtesy phone in hallway to call for pickup only Chinese speakers I guess. Overall, it is satisfactory but air planes taking off/landing on top of roof day and night, loudly. Free shuttle pick up from airport T2 arrival which is on 2nd floor, pay attention to shuttles/hotels pick up signs. It is hard to locate bus stop.

The apartments are very well mantained, very clean. The food around the property is good in a couple of stablishments right next door. And there's bank and convenience stores within a 2 blocks walk. The room is a bit noisy thanks to being in the approach path of the airport, but nothing to ruin your stay.

Very nice place to stay. It is directly in the oncoming flight path, so it can be a bit noisy. They have a shuttle (coach bus) that can be boarded at terminal 2 in the shuttle area. Look for the name of the hotel on the side. It leaves every hour on the half hour. They speak English well.

10 mins from the airport but takes 1hr 10mins
The apartment was very nice, clean and spacious., Overall very satisfied. The only downside to the stay here was the “Free” airport transfer. It is the only means of getting to and from the airport /bus station/hub other than standing in the main road trying to flag down a taxi. The problem is you can be waiting for an hour or more in the 38C temperature for the bus.Many other guests I spoke too agreed the transfer bus was the worst thing about the hotel. If they got the service down to 30mins max they would have scored 5* on everything.

We loved it.
Very nice modern apartment. lots of space with added comfort. We would highly recommended this for a night or two or even longer.Although much appreciated the free airport shuttle bus was every 30 minutes to one hour so you have to time it right so you are not hanging about in the intense heat.

Absolutely no dislikes. But remember it is an Airport hotel, so there is nothing around to see or do. It is good for one or two nights. There is a shuttle bus (no charge) that takes you to and from the airport where you can take the subway into the city. Guangzhou has a fantastic subway system.

The location map is not at all accurate. On the listing it says it is at the airport or adjacent. It is about 15 minutes away driving . Due to the distance and knowing I was to sleep there for several hours but not knowing it was far away and not walking distance, I could not take a nap and just showered. I would like to get a refund of some sort and ask them to pin point the hotel in the map correctly.

Value for your money
Just stayed a night to catch the early flight at the Bayun airport. Don't expect super fancy or luxury but value for the money paid for. Pretty surprised of the variety of food choices for the breakfast. Most of the local hotels in china only offer instant coffee but this hotel breakfast has coffee from real bean. Bonus for the early morning!

Pleasant stay for airport travel. Room is apartment like, clean and well organized. Food is excellent. Shuttle from hotel to airport is super but from airport to hotel is miserable. No clear instructions where to find shuttle at airport. Hotel must correct this or I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. When you call hotel absolutely no help to find shuttle location. Other problem is plane noise. Planes fly directly over the hotel , constantly. Very difficult to ignore. So overall I would not recommend this hotel unless you are an expert traveler who can tolerate plane noise.

We were quite satisfied with this hotel. The room was big; there was even space to cook if you brought your own stove! The beds were comfortable, there were plenty of towels (hidden behind the bathroom door), shampoo provided though no hand soap, and it was clean. The only thing I thought was a slight drawback was that we had to ride a golf cart from the check-in lobby to our actual place of lodging (which was like an apartment building), and in the morning we had to call on a phone to get the golf cart to come for us. As there was no phone in the room, only a shared one in the hallway, this was a little inconvenient. Make sure you leave the room 15 minutes before the airport shuttle bus you want to get on leaves. Oh, and the shuttle bus times listed on the room key sleeve were incorrect--it left for the airport on the hour, not 20 minutes after.
