Good location, great design, helpful staff always ready. Good value. What could be improved: The Shenzhen location is better. The Guangzhou location doesn't provide refrigerators in the room. People will take your clothes out of the laundry and dryer. In Shenzhen you can monitor your laundry on the television channel. In Shenzhen they provide you with snacks and drinks every day. Although it is a non-smoking hotel, cigarette smoke can be smelled regularly. If you aren't providing refrigerators in the rooms, you could provide ice on each floor. Instead of bottled water, they should have a filtered water tap to reduce the amount of plastic used.

房間很整潔沒有想過所有配套十分齊全比起五星級更加齊全，東西也很新很潔淨，最喜歡那個很大的鏡子和洗手盆在開放的位置，枕頭比起其他酒店不一樣不是那種誰上去就塌下的羽絨枕頭，喜歡哪個記憶枕還有另外一款是健康枕的選擇，浴室和洗手間也非常先進，小小的桌子角落感覺很溫馨，竟然還有自動關上的窗簾，客服的小姐超級禮貌，還幫我推薦附近的餐廳因為我們到步已經很夜了，有前台隔離的一個咖啡角落，可以有手沖咖啡和他們品牌集團的茶葉去品嚐真的非常休閒舒適，如果我再次來廣州，我也會選擇這個酒店，性價比超高 。
