"The staff, including Sam, the owner, was great, location perfect, our stay couldn’t have been better. Already planning our next stay ."

"Quaint historical hotel with the Rocky Mountain charm."

"Absolutely five stars, Staff, Rooms, and Family Friendly."

"Great stay!"

"Nice location right next to the mountain, lift and River Run Village; however, construction zone next door. "

"Love the location and the hot tubs for this property. Will definitely stay again. "

"Amazing mountain getaway! The condo was spacious and comfortable with great mountain views from the balcony. The rental company had very good communication and easy instructions for check in and check out. It was close to restaurants and had a full kitchen for eating in."

"El Departamento bien pero la ubicación no es la ideal. Hay una Construccion que impide El Paso a la zona de Sky por lo que no se puede ir caminando y hay que tomar coche. "

"I would say that this space is "ok". There are pros and cons to any vacation rental and this property is no different. The pros are location (fantastic - especially with kids), parking (easy and heated), and cleanliness. However, the fireplace does not work, the building has plumbing issues, and windows are drafty. The fireplace is a known issue and we were told the building is older and therefore it will not work. The water was shut off for a day and there is an occasional smell that comes from...

"The room size was good for what we needed. We have a family of five. The room smelled a little like someone smoked in there. We were told we could check in a couple hours early for a fee, but when we arrived a realtor was showing the condo, so we couldn't get in. The pool was at a different resort building. It was not as shown in the picture. Some of the pictures listed were misleading and we may have chosen a different place had we known."
