This is a old property converted in to a boutique style hotel. Rooms are not functional and have a bad layout. Beds run small and are not the comfiest. Every noise is heard from the guests walking in heals and entering and exiting their rooms. Neighborhood is safe and you will have fun in Guanajuato. Last of all hotel does state on site parking but is limited to street parking.

The room that we stayed their AC was not working. In the night when we wanted to take a shower it was coming out only hot water. We needed to wait for an 1hr to get cold water.

Adoramos o hotel. Uma casa linda antiga bem remodelada e decoração moderna. O atendimento pode melhorar um pouco mais. Quando chegamos não havia ninguém na recepção mas foram bem gentis colocando as malas no quarto que havíamos deixado na recepção mais cedo. Chuveiro ótimo cama super confortável. Não é no burburinho no centro mas táxi custa 3 dólares. Voltaria e recomendo p quem quer menos confusão do centro histórico.

Te hacen sentir como en casa, todo el personal muy atento, descansamos muy bien, hubo un percance con nuestro baño pero lo resolvieron de la mejor manera. La cena y el desayuno muy ricos, definitivamente volvería.

C était notre 2ieme visite dans cette ville. Déjà 11 ans passé. Cette hôtel est ouverte que depuis 6 mois. Située à environ 2 1/2 km si vous aimez la marche parfait c est sécuritaire. Notre chambre avait la climatisation et le chauffage mais considérant que les soirées et les nuits sont fraîches notre salle de bain et la douche était toujours froides malgré le système de chauffage. dejeuner excellent et a la carte avec limites toutefois
