"I wanted to take the time and leave an honest review as I recently stayed here. I had flown in from Cancun, stayed at a 5 star resort and booked the Orchid House as I wanted a 5 star hotel. I don’t know what I missed, but this is an average hotel. This hotel has a beautiful environment and it’s definitely a “boutique hotel” but other than the free breakfast, it has no other amenities. "Para llegar a la casa tienes que subir por callejones muy inseguros, esta lejísimos tienes que subir como 300 metros cargando maletas con miedo a que te asalten, los cuartos están separados por ventanas únicamente, totalmente inseguro, para subir a la terraza las escaleras están de picada muy peligrosas, el cuarto súper pequeño apenas puedes caminar, estuchas todo lo que está hablando y haciendo el del cuarto de lado, en general malisimo"

"The hotel is in a great location, right in the heart of the city. Everything is easily walkable, and it’s great to be able to stop in easily as you’re moving in different directions to grab things, go to the bathroom. The family suite was excellent for us with kids (ages 4 and 7), and was in a good spot with less noise (rooms overlooking the plaza are louder do to how much fun everyone is having outside). Great stay, great service, great location. Would highly recommend "
