Also, as an "Expedia Platinum Member," I should be receiving "Free Room Upgrades", in addition to other perks. Called Expedia, they were useless, barely spoke English & read verbatim what Expedia posts online about VIP status & upgrades. Had no choice but to book the suite prior to arrival, or it wouldn't have been available. (I should be compensated for the difference.) I've spent a great deal of money to earn Platinum Status to not reap any it's benefits. Aside from that, the room was so filthy, we were originally planning on staying 4-5 nights, but left after one. Black mold in the bathroom. Floors were so dirty & they had spilt stains that were never cleaned up & dried sticky. Should be receiving a full refund!!!!
