「We stayed 7 nights and it was first in this hotel in Bad Gastein. Very professional and helpful staff in reception with good advices on sightseeing, dining and travelling. We were pleased with kitchen facilities, that we used mainly for breakfast and for finishing a day with a glass of wine. 「We are a family of four (2 boys; 15 & 13 years old) and we were looking for a nice, clean, original apartment / chalet near the Kitzsteinhorn cable car. All this we found at Dorfchalets Kaprun. On top of that, Nina was extremely helpful and anxious to give us the best service possible. Thank you so much for that! The chalet itself is nicely done and with perfectly enough space for all four of us. The bathroom was spacious and separating toilet from shower is a good move to reduce 'waiting...
