"Beautiful grounds and beach are the main selling points for this resort, with absolutely beautiful sunsets. Highly recommend this property if you're looking for a private, quiet, luxury resort vs. the others closer to Rodney Bay that are more crowded. Love how it felt like you had the beach to yourself, without needing to compete with other guests for a spot on the beach or pool. The food here is okay, a little bland but the pressed coffee we got every morning at breakfast was amazing. I'd recommend venturing out to other local restaurants for dinner, and the front desk can help arrange a taxi for about $50 U.S. round trip. The downsides here are that the service isn't that great for a five-star resort depending on who you get but they were still accommodating. The room we had didn't have an outlet near a mirror for the hairdryer they provided but maintenance was able to build an extension cord for us quickly."
"The pool was lovely, as were the grounds.
The staff, especially the groundskeepers and housekeepers were very friendly and warm.
A nice feature is that the pool is open 24 hours, which I loved.
Minor complaints:
Visitors should be aware that the land along Reduit Beach near the hotel is walled off and under major construction.
You have to walk down a pretty unattractive stretch of road to access the beach.
We asked for a room change to a higher floor when we arrived and were told that the hotel was at capacity, but the room next to us and several others seemed to remain empty during our 4 day visit.
Again, these are minor issues. The place is beautiful.

"What a fabulous place to stay. The gardens are delightful & well maintained with a really lovely outlook on to the marina. We found our room to be well kitted out with everything we needed including chairs & towels we could take to the beach & basic kitchen equipment. Harmony Marina Suites is well located with a short 5/10 min walk to Reduit Beach & Rodney Bay. We found the Cockpit Pub on site to be excellent for breakfast, evening meals & drinks.
I would absolutely recommend Harmony Marina Suites to anyone wanting a quiet, adult only hotel with a selection of restaurants nearby."
"We spent almost a week at Bay Gardens Beach Resort with our two kids (5 and 7) and had a really enjoyable stay.
The pool was the highlight for our family. The different depths made it safe and fun for both children — our youngest gained confidence in the water, and our oldest improved a lot. Having the restaurant and bar right between the pool and the beach was also very convenient. The food and cocktails were good, and there was live music or entertainment on many evenings, which created a nice atmosphere without feeling overwhelming.
Our room was spacious, bright, and clean, with two large beds that worked perfectly for the four of us. The staff were consistently kind and attentive. We arrived on my wife’s birthday, and the reception team surprised her by singing to her — a small but thoughtful gesture we truly appreciated.
The location is great if you plan to stay around Rodney Bay, but keep in mind that exploring other parts of the island takes some time.
Overall, we’re very grateful to the team for making our family holiday so pleasant."
Royalton Saint Lucia, An Autograph Collection All-Inclusive Resort
2/10 Terrible
"Good stuff first. Grounds, housekeeping, and most of staff was great especially Wendy at Chill pool bartender and Leaverne in weddings, Alison in housekeeping.
Horrible part: We had a reservation for king bed unit, arrived and given a 2 bed unit for our wedding and honeymoon. Front desk did nothing to help on arrival day, went 2 times the next day to see about changing. Told that king beds were only for in house guests not Expedia. WHY WAS EXPEDIA GIVEN THOSE TYPE TO RESERVE? Not blaming Expedia. After spending 4 days trying get a king room, they finally reluctantly moved us.
Our first unit with the 2 queen beds"
"We thoroughly enjoyed everything about our stay. The front desk, housekeeping and service staff were very friendly and helpful, which we found of all St. Lucians we met. The restaurants within the hotel provided excellent food, the Saturday barbecue was incredible."
"The ocean view standard room was quite large and had a great view. Very quiet and could hear the surf. Staff are all very friendly and helpful. The spa was tightly booked but nice treatment options every day."
