「Staff showed excellent training in customer service. Food was excellent including presentation. The bed was very comfortable as we slept way past our normal sleeping hours! The hotel is surrounded with shopping and has a variety of restaurants. Cost of everything is half of the prices in USA. We highly recommend staying at the Canopy Hilton in Longkloof!」

The hotel is very clean and comfortable. Since I had to check out late on my last day, they provided me with free accommodation in another room until my flight time. 「The place is very secure, I stayed in the sixth pod bedroom. There is no AC the only downfall, but there is one large fan. It’s more of a relaxed, safe vibe opposed to the other hostels in the area are more lively and for the talkative younger crowd. 」

「location wise, It's not exactly at the waterfront area, however, it's still well connect with the most pleasant area in Cape Town. I think the complimentary shuttle boat make the difference. We had a mountain view double room, which is quite amazing. We can see the table mountain directly from our window. The parking is quite nice, however, there's an extra fee on it. The stuffs are nice, still lack of experience. In general, I'd stay here again if I had the chance to visit the city again.」

「Very nice room and hotel. Area ok to walk in, good restaurants nearby. AC didnt quite work as well as we hoped but think maybe it wasnt offered during "summer" months. Only had free breakfast in restaurant - staff friendly but service not great. Had to track down and pour our own coffee 2 out of 3 days」
