「Hotel itself is good, new hotel in perfect location (just 5 mins walk to Central train station and bus terminal). But the area downstairs heading to the train station are having quite a lot drug abusers, they didn’t do anything on me but still not feeling very comfortable to walk through them. The other side to Berliner Tor station is perfectly fine. Recommend to stay in this hotel but be aware if you walk towards the direction of central station at night alone. 」

Zimmer ist sauber und der Zimmerservice hat jeden Tag die Betten gemacht und geputzt. Der Service allgemein war top, bei Fragen stand jederzeit jemand zur Verfügung und das Personal war immer freundlich, hilfsbereit und Lösungsorientiert. Auch das frühe Auschecken um 5h war kein Problem. 」
