"Selv om at The Reset slår sig op på kurophold m.v, så er det også velegnet til en almindelig slotsferie. Slottet er under renovering, og man fornemmer at de nye ejere gør meget ud af, at alle detaljer er perfekte. Den værelsesfløj vi boede i var færdigrenoveret, og værelset var meget stort og velindrettet med sans for de små detaljer. Til værelset var der en terrasse med udsigt over søen. "Das Personal beim Einchecken kaum bis gar nicht verstanden. Zimmertür hat sich nicht geschlossen von außen beim raus gehen. Fernseher der eine kaputt und der andere kam keine Sender rein. Bierdeckel lagen rum, Fussboden nicht sauber lauter krümmel. Bad ohne Seife fürs händewasche. Keine Verdunklungs Vorhänge bzw Jalousien. "Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Lage ist super. Müritz Therme ist in 3 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Ausstattung der Zimmer war gut. Alles vorhanden um sich selbst gut zu verpflegen. Ruhig. Platz für die ganze Familie. "

"We had a fantastic stay at the hotel. It was as romantic as we wished for to our anniversary celebration. It is nice and quiete. Nice rooms, very good breakfast buffet, and super good restaurant. Nice service, and i was positiv surprised about the observant and smiling staff that always had a nice word to you . We can highly reccomend the hotel."

"Charming small hotel visited a week before Easter 2024 - not their peak season so I suspect it is sometimes harder to get the lovely room on the 5th floor - but the room itself was a solid without being outstanding. "It was by far the WORST hotel i ever been to and the service was terrible. They didnt have an elevator so I told them i have a baby and they should change my room to the first floor but they denied because they said it will cost them! They didnt care bout the customer needs they didnt help me i had to carry the baby and my bags upstairs and later take it all down again even though i told them im operated and had a C section. We had 4 nights there and i told them any time possible let me go to...
