Politique inflexible

Je suis venue rejoindre mes parents qui étaient en vacances une semaine tout compris chez vous. Je suis restée une journée et une nuit à la fin de leur semaine et n'avais pas pris de formule repas. Ma mère qui mange très peu m'a proposé de prendre sa place au déjeuner. Par principe j'ai demandé à l'accueil qui après avoir discuté avec la Direction a refusé cette demande. Je trouve cela très décevant et très anti-commercial. En effet un repas "échangé" entre ma mère et moi ne changeait aucunement les quantités de nourriture. Mes parents qui avaient fort apprécié leur séjour ont été également très déçus de votre politique inflexible et ne retourneront pas passer d'autres séjours chez vous alors qu'ils en avaient envie. Personnel très accueillant. Très belle piscine. Séjour d'une nuit très agréable. Nous n'avons pas pris, ni le petit déjeuner, ni aucun repas. Notre appartement était spacieux et confortable.

Reminded me more of a motel than a hotel. Probably fine for families, but value for money was not very good in our opinion. I would expect price for such hotels around 70 Euro and we paid 280.

It was hard finding the place based on the address that was given. We also had a pull out couch and had to make the bed which was so so. It seems updated inside. But for a a daily stay I would not recommend, it was good for one night.

Dejlig beliggenhed - men manglende rengøring!

Stedet var slidt og lejligheden dårligt rengjort. Ved morgenmaden fandt vi tallerkner der skulke være rene fyldt med hår ! Det blev så kun den ene gang vi købte morgenmad på stedet! Beliggenheden er rigtig god og i gå afstand til Port Grimaud og dejlig tæt på en skøn strand!
