Needs a remodel and makeover

When we entered the room it smelled old and stale. The fire alarm beeped all night and the refrigerator sounded like it was going out, we had to unplug it. When we turned the shower water on rusty brown water came out and it smelled bad. The beds were old and made noises every time I turned over. The remote was busted, but the hotel personnel did bring us a different one and it didn’t work either.

Room was adequate although bed and pillows were not overly comfortable. A broken bottle was left in parking spot all week and no one cleaned it up, had to avoid it with car everyday.

I liked the location, everything was in close proximity. Did not likethe place, ash trays in room, smelled like smoke, sheets hadholes in them, bed was wrinkled under the sheets, not very comfortable. Noisey people upstairs fighting most of the night. A restless night. Will never stay there again.

Dirty towels and no conditioner

Make up stains on the bathroom towels. Hairs curled into the “clean towels” Rust in shower. They also don’t provide any type of conditioner. Over not the cleanest. At least the sheets looked alright.

The property was clean. The electric plug by the sink did not work. The bed springs were really squeaky and I woke up every time I rolled over, but the sheets were clean. Not anything to write home about but not a bad place. You get what you pay for.

I chose a smoking room for my boyfriend purposes but the bed squeaks, the appliances weren’t up to date, the room was visibly clean but I’m unsure of the actual cleanliness of the room. They had some good channels to watch on tv but for the cost of one night, I’ve stayed in better conditions. Staff is friendly.

The hotel rooms and lobby have been nicely updated. The facility is clean and well-kept. New fridge and microwave in the room and lovely plank flooring has replaced the rugs. Staff and very pleasant and accommodating.
