「The staff was so friendly and helpful. Food was awesome and loved the happy hour drinks and food.」

「We had a non-smoking room, but it smelled strongly of cigarettes. I’m not sure where the smell was coming from — maybe someone had smoked in the room before us and the smell hadn’t gone away, or maybe it was coming from the neighbors. But as a non-smoker, it was really unpleasant for me, and I’m very sensitive to that smell.」

「Tv would not work, had loose wires and kept turning off. Staff delayed coming to help until I went to front desk. I fixed wit tape after 30 min of trying. Checkout day the man behind desk would not get out of his chair to answer my question for water fountain - said there was none available. Went to breakfast area and woman there went to front desk and gave me cold bottled water all while front desk guy sat idle not being helpful at all」

「There isn't many places to stay in Jackson. This place was a great location as you were so close to the downtown area. It did need some updating and better cleaning. We were disappointed that the pool was out of order. If you are looking for something that is just a place to stay, this isn't too bad. We were in town most of the time. Jackson is a cute town and we enjoyed all the Stranger things locations!」

「The staff at Sleep Inn were unprofessional and unkind. They told my 8-year-old daughter that the noise from the neighbors was merely them “doing their business,” as if loud lovemaking was acceptable. When we asked to be moved to a room without a connecting door—especially after the neighbor had smashed our wall—they discouraged us from calling the police. Instead, by saying we cannot guarantee not connection door, what's most, they relocated us to a room directly below that same noisy couple,...

「Nice place, everything in excellent shape. Only issues were weak coffee the first day ( but following days it was okay) and the AC in the room. AC is a design/layout problem. It blows directly across both beds. If you like cold wind then no problem. AC unit was very quiet, fridge was quiet, internet does well, TV service in room was fine.」

「The room wasn’t clean like other Hampton Inn’s we’ve stayed at. The room furnishings weren’t as nice, and towels available were the minimum amount. We’ve made it a point to stay at Hampton Inn’s, so this was disappointing.」
