「A bit far from the central city and the street outside is quite dark at night, but the general condition of the room is satisfactory.」

Called & informed the manager & sent pictures about these issues...I was told 'ants are common in Croatia and don't present a health risk'. They said they would come & spray insecticide in the room and that's all they would offer. I responded that we would not spend the night after a fresh spraying of insecticide and found other accommodations since we were exhausted from being on the road all day &...

「This is the worst stay than ever. I would give zero if i can. We have stayed in four different hotel, hostel, bnb during this trip. This experience is extremely bad. Staffs are very unhelpful and impolite. Room is very very small and without a proper window. Wifi is broken. It is not worth to stay in a place like that. So i moved to bnb at the end. Not recommend at all! 」

「Excellent hotel. Location was perfect, right next to the Ampitheater. Room was clean and comfortable. I’ve never had a warmer welcome when checking into a hotel. Victoria was wonderfully friendly and accommodating. Will def still stay again if back in Pula.」
