Positives: It was an affordable stay that was essentially what I needed for 3 nights in the Greenville area. It had parking, the staff was easy to speak with and both check in and check out were smooth including free coffee in the lobby. Had hot water in the shower and the ac/heater worked well. Negatives: Walls in the room had stains and smears of what seems like dirt and even blood? The floors in the room were very dirty so do keep your shoes on in the room. Also generally a strange smell in the room that was not pleasant.

These other reviews are wild… I didn’t expect 5 star quality resort hotel accommodations for my night here. But it’s exactly what you’d expect from a no-frills hotel. Clean, comfortable, and got the essentials. Excellent value for the dollar

Extremely dirty, had roaches and dirty bed sheets. No toilet paper at arrival. Only stayed one night. but would not recommend. Flowers and lawn maintenance outside was nice and well maintained, if only they put in the same amount of energy to the actual rooms.
