"The male receptionist was not helpful and lazy. my room had a toxic smell to it that I couldn’t even sleep in the room. I wanted to shower but the shower was all dirty. I’ve never smelt a hotel or motel so bad. I definitely want my money back and I’m gonna be calling my credit card company and asking to reverse the charges unless you want to have somebody reach out to me the next two days and I won’t do that. "Parking and check in was easy. Desk staff was nice and efficient. This is a very economical place to stay and it looks like it, but I haven't had any problems with security, drama, or noise outside. This is a good place to stay for the money. It is hard to give it 5 stars it doesn't really look like they are trying for that, but we've stayed their twice and I'd be very comfortable choosing them again. I do recommend if you are on a budget."

"I would never stay here again. So many homeless/ shady people in the parking lot. Broken down rvs parked in it. Hotel was dirty. Statins on the sheets weird smells and just felt un safe. Also no elevator. Wish I never booked a stay here. They shouldn't carry the comfort Inn name."

"I made the reservation a day before arriving and immediately regretted it. Upon arrival I immediately turned around and found another place to stay. This place is not at all as advertised. It is severely run down with cars and people loitering in the parking lot. Not safe and would not recommend to anyone."
