"The staff were lovely and extremely helpful. We had to adjust the check-in/out dates, which they did immediately with no questions. Once they realized we had dogs, they gave us a room right by the side door on the first floor which made potty trips SO simple. We had one issue with the heating unit, but they responded quickly and we've had no further issues. And my favorite thing - the water pressure was amazing and the hot water seemed endless. Great stay."
