Unfortunately, the condition of the room was unacceptable and, frankly, deplorable. ​The most pressing issue was a pervasive, foul odor throughout the room that made it nearly impossible to feel comfortable or rest. We stayed here on the night it was 18 degrees outside. We got there the room had not been cleaned there were no linens and the office lady acted as if I was lying about that. Hours later we found out the heater was blowing cold air. We had no heat all night. If I could have given it no stars that's what I would have done.

This property was a "Flop House". The property is not clean, it stunk, and is in an unsafe area. You should not have this property on your site. I checked in but immediately checked out when I saw and smelled the room. I should have known when I saw the office.

Rooms smelled like dirty mop water.. Roaches,and drug addicts living there..I booked online so It couldn't be changed..I had my 8byear old daughter and asked for one of the rooms away from the people that live there monthly and I was told there weren't any available but another customer that lives out there came right behind me and she was given a room in the area I requested and was told there wasn't any..This place really needs to be investigated,and closed down ASAP.

I had reservations booked almost a month before for two nights. I received a call two hours before my arrival to say they had no rooms available. Never had that happen with reservations that far in advance. Will not stay with a Motel 6 property in future.

Terrible experience from start to finish, ended up leaving and finding a different hotel after seeing the room. The staff was unresponsive, and the room was in awful condition—broken cabinets and drawers, scraped-up walls, chipped trim, and the room reeked of cigarette smoke. One of the electrical outlets even had a broken plug stuck inside. They handed out a single thin blanket at check-in. I’ve stayed in hostels that were cleaner and more comfortable than this place. Honestly, I have no idea how this hotel is still in business. I've requested a refund but received no response after several attempts.

Extremely disappointing stay—avoid this hotel We arrived at 8 PM (hours after the 3 PM check-in) and weren’t given our room until almost 9 PM (supposedly they were cleaning our room). No apology, no Wi-Fi code, and no instructions. The front desk attendant was unprofessional—taking a personal call loudly in the lobby and yelling at his child. When I asked for the bathroom, I was told to go through an “employees only” door with no clear signage or direction. Our room was dirty—floors unswept, carpet unvacuumed, trash and crumbs everywhere, leftover soap, no toilet paper (had to buy our own), and stained (ot maybe even dirty?!) towels. The furniture was incomplete—missing couches tables and nightstands that were shown in pictures—and the room was damaged and unkempt. One shower had no curtain or showerhead; the other had a filthy curtain. No wifi. No tv channels. Noise was unbearable, with loud tenants, shouting, and even sexual noises late at night. We were woken up by banging on our door at 4:20 AM twice. Loud music all night. Police were onsite multuple times during our stay. Our key repeatedly failed, and each time I went to the desk I was treated rudely and kept waiting outside due to a “be back soon” sign. Staff was distracted on their phone during all of this. Worst hotel experience—would not recommend. If all hotels were not booked out this weekend we would not have stayed. Would like a refund and for no one else to think this is at al an acceptable unit.

Absolutley horrifying. I wanted to give this a chance since it was gonna br a quick night there. Walking in we were kinda shocked from everything. Saw a lady just walking around the lobby barefoot. Then we see the rating of cleanliness an 81. Staff was unprofessional as some people there were not even dressed appropriately. The people coming in and out were also a bit questionable. Overall just did not feel safe being there. We got the keys but when my husband and I looked at each other we were immediately like no absolutely not. We left the leys and immediately left. Just truly did not feel safe nor comfortable there.

Staff were very nice but the room was quite run-down. The bathtub was rusted, the toilet barely flushed and made water come up out of the bathtub drain. Lamps did not work and the front door did not go all the way to the ground. The photos make the hotel look far nicer than how it looks in real life. Thankfully the AC was good and there were no bugs in our room. The area was also pretty noisy throughout the night.
