First when we got room, somebody from another room smoking weed started following us, and inside the room every electronic items were off except lights and then when we changed room but it had broken A/C only Fan mode works, and refrigerator was off but we managed because we needed but its horrible place and not safe with children!!!!!!

I was allowed to place the booking online got all the way to the property when the man informed me that my name was on some list he couldn’t even tell me what list that it was on, but I know where it is Demi from because I complained about blood being on the sheets when me and My Son had come to stay last summer sometimes so for that for me complaining about it to you guys, he would not allow me to stay there it was almost 1 o’clock in the morning on New Year’s as you see and he told me that the cops told him I couldn’t stay there first of all with my line of work that I do. There’s no way to cop told you that about me cause I can’t have any charges. I don’t hang around anybody that does malicious or or criminal activity so I don’t even know why he would even come to that or say that to me, but that’s neither you know there I was prevented from staying and it was very hard to find somewhere to stay that night

the room smelled terrible like death, the refrigerator didn't work and also smelled so bad it made me gag. the pillows were 1/2 size and wrapped in full size pillow cases. There were obviously people staying in the rooms to do drugs and prostitution. The heater made a crazy humming noise all night and someone tried to get into my room at 2am.

This place was as hood as it gets. I was put in a room that was very dirty and when I went to go take a shower the water would not drain out of the shower. They ended up putting us in another room that was just as bad. I would never stay at this location again.

I didn't do the breakfast, parking was fine, the building needs some work, it seems like it's on a secluded back path and there were homeless people just walking the parking lot and hanging out at the store in front of it. I wasn't comfortable there.

They are refusing to pick up the phone, one person said the next day right when I checked out and someone else has just said 3 to 7 business days.

There was mold on the tub. The door didn't shut all the way. Air was coming in the door. There was hair in the tub. The sheets were stained. There's a crack down the shower wall. Paper was in the floor. I couldn't watch TV because it said the signal was weak. Also, a piece of the wall where the toilet is was off the wall. People yelling and honking horns almost midnight. I felt like I was in the Bates Motel. The timer on the waffle maker didn't work or the juice machine. They only had waffles and cereal. I won't stay there again

Property and the room was run down and dirty. Room key didn’t work after being out of the room all day both nights we stayed there. Stained mattress, stained chairs that were unusable. TV wasn’t plugged in or even mounted on the wall when we got there. Staff was nice and helpful getting the room key working. Would not recommend staying at this property.

nothing unique...can not believe that expedia would even consider this property as something they could stand behind....this property seemed to be a local residence for homeless people... as there was sign in lobby about long term people needing to not pay market rates during the market week.
