「It was cold during our stay and although we turned the heat up the room remained cold. The temperature must have been preset to a maximum number. That was disappointing.
The room was clean and we had a nice view. The staff were friendly and helpful.
Breakfast was good and the staff at the coffee shop were kind and helpful.
There is an upgrade charge for a referegator and a microwave, which is standard in every other hotel/motel we have stayed. I don't feel there should be an upgrade charge...
