"I was first disappointed at the fact that the pool was closed for renovation and the checkout time was not 12pm (as shown on Expedia), but rather 11am. I wish we were aware before booking because we were looking for a hotel with a pool as we were out of towners with small children and looking to spend the weekend in RI. Rooms were spacious but definitely needs cleaning. I unfortunately had to change my room twice. I booked a double standard bedroom. The first room was on the third floor and...

"The hotel and room were extremely clean, the staff was amazing, very kind and helpful. The breakfast was very good, with many choices. All staff work very hard to please guests in every way! This is a great place to stay!"

"The room was tired and not very clean. The bathroom had hair in the tub and grunge along the caulk as did the floor. The sink top and walls of the tub were an unfortunate choice of material that had red streaks on a beige surface reminding one of smeared blood. Altogether it felt like if the room was fully exposed to sunlight it would burst into flames."
