"When I arrived at night they were almost full and gave me a room that had manual heat. It was still warm and comfortable. The next night I was given one of their best rooms and it was amazing! I stay at this Hotel from time to time and they treat me well."

"Stated they did not have my reservation when i called the day of to confirm. Said they would book me anyway and that someone would meet me there at 7pm. Got there and no one was there. When i called it was really shady. We went elsewhere. Once i was there, i was happy that i wasn't staying, if that's any indication"
