Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, communication
Our experience was not great. First of all, we didn't get the private place that we booked (the day before). The responsible staff was not reachable and they were not responding to the messages. The wifi was too slow. We had to wait for half a day for the staff to respond. We also did not get the massage that we requested.
Stayed 2 nights in Dec 2025
