The one week spent at this hotel was relaxing, fun and exciting. Mr. Tsagarakis was warmly welcoming the very beginning. He gave all the info during the check in which made things easier. The hotel is a tradition rich family business and the Mr.Tsagarakis and his mothe made us feel like home at the hotel. The amazing pool, garden, sea view, the antique rich interiors with couches and the dining area is really peaceful and creative to relax. Free WiFi, AC, pool use, free sun beds and as a complementary we were also given diving masks. The sea view room was so great with sea and mountain views. Rooms where cleaned everyday, breakfast was fresh and delicious. We had a smooth check-in and check out. Somethings to improve would be: The room was not sound proof, so if the roads are too busy, you would hear it(our room was on road side). The breakfast was same all days, maybe a bit of change would be nice.

Great value for the money provided you enjoy a quiet beach and don’t mind driving 10 minutes to town centre. Good restaurants and a supermarket are about 5 minutes walking distance. Right on a beautiful sandy beach. Great for sunbathing, and swimming. Friendly and welcoming staff.

It is a very unique property decorated with museum pieces handmade in Crete. Inside and outside. Very special addition is a sand beach we enjoyed so much. But the most special feature is people working at the hotel - people of big hearts and generosity. Thank you, Ioannis and Maria and Staff for making us feel good and comfortable. What a wonderful hotel this is! We extended our stay as we were so relaxed and comfortable. The owner is very kind and wants people to be happy. The location is excellent - a short stroll to a wonderful beach for a quick swim before breakfast, and convenient to walk to a range of excellent restaurants. Tremendous views from simple 3* rooms, and a gorgeous terrace and swimming pool. Thank you Ioannis and team for a wonderful vacation. We will definitely be returning :)

We greatly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful hotel. From the very first day ,the reception by Iranius was exceptional, warm ,friendly and honest. Through our stay he and all the staff were very kind . If we had the luck to come back to Heraklion we definitely would stay at this enchanting place . No luxurious but everything worked just fine.

Hôtel typique avec piscine agréable avec accès à la mer. La zone en arrivant n’est pas très accueillante. Le petit déjeuner gratuit est très simple mais suffisant. Un bus est à 5mn à pieds et un supermarché est à proximité. L’idéal est de louer une voiture. Ionis est un hôte très gentil .

Μείναμε στο ξενοδοχείο για μια βδομαδα.ειχαμε πολύ ωραια θεα. Το πρωινο θα μπορουσε να ηταν πιο καλο κ με περισσότερες επιλογές. Οι ιδιοκτήτες κ το προσωπικό ηταν πολυ ευγενικοί κ το δωμάτιο καθαρο. Η θάλασσα που ειναι μπροστα στο ξενοδοχείο ηταν πεντακαθαρη,ειχαμε κ την επιλογη να περνουμε ξαπλώστρες κ ομπρελες απο το ξενοδοχείο κ στην πολυ μεγαλη παραλια μπορουσες με της ωρες να απολαύσεις το μπανιο,τον ήλιο κ την ηρεμία. Το χωριο δυστυχως ειναι πολυ ήρεμο κ δεν εχεις επιλογες ουτε για φαγητό,τοσο ηρεμο που πουθενα δεν φαγαμε καθόλου καλα. Ειναι ωραια να πας κ να ηρεμησεις εαν ζητας ενα ησυχο μέρος. Ενα βραδυ απολαυσαμε το μπαλκονι του μπαρ κ ηταν πολυ ευχάριστα. Με αγαπη Σοφια Χρήστος

Hotel Tsagarakis Beach is a very lovely hotel with character and heart. I stayed with my 6year old daughter for 9 days and we felt very much welcome. Mr. Tsagarakis, his Mother as well as the whole team are so lovely and kind, we didnt miss a thing. In general the whole atmosphere was friendly, also between the guests. My daughter in special felt very happy and free and we miss it already. Thank you a lot for this special vacation!

Sehr freundlicher, bemühter und zuvorkommender Familienbetrieb. Leider sehr einseitiges Frühstücksbuffet, jeden Tag das Gleiche - auf Nachfrage gab es aber für uns frische Tomaten und Oliven. Die Zimmer sind sehr klein und die Betten wenig komfortabel, das Bad renovierungsbedürftig. Klima hat nicht funkioniert- Hinweis, dass diese kaputt sei und dies auch in der Reisebeschreibung stünde (haben wir nicht gelesen). Umgebung bis auf Meerblick vom Balkon-Südseite trostlos. Keinerlei sportliche oder relax- Aktivitäten (außer Pool) angeboten. Insgesamt jedoch sehr entspannte und ruhige Atmosphäre beim Frühstück mit wenigen, internationalen Gästen.

We had a beautiful stay at this family-run hotel. It truly felt like a home away from home, thanks to the incredibly kind and supportive owner and team. The rooms were impeccably clean, and the hotel's convenient location made it easy to explore nearby attractions, even on a short trip. This is definitely a place we'll be returning to!

Hôtel avec de très beaux exterieurs et un interieur typique grecque. Le personnel est très discret mais sympatique. L'hôtel est un peu isolé de la ville mais a une super piscine et accès a la plage directe. Petit bemol sur le petit-déjeuner qui est trop simple, il faudrait varier un peu.
