Das Hotel ist perfekt für alle, die Erholung suchen. Durch die Hanglage hat man einen tollen Blick auf das Meer. Es gibt zwei Gemeinschaftspools, einen davon an der Poolbar. Viele der Zimmer haben einen eigenem Pool (empfehlenswert), andere teilen weitere größere Pools, die dann auch nur von den Zimmern mit „Swim-up“-Option genutzt werden können (diese sind nicht für die Allgemeinheit - bspw. der auf den Fotos zu sehende „schlangenförmige“ Pool). Das Essen war gut und abwechslungsreich. Der Service war sehr freundlich und bemüht. Alles war super sauber, sowohl unser Zimmer als auch der Rest der Anlage. Für Unternehmungen ist ein Mietwagen empfehlenswert, da fußläufig nichts erreichbar ist (nach Ierapetra sind es ca. 25-30min zu Fuß). Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt und können das Hotel uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

Nice room & amazing view. Lovely welcome fruit platter & bubbly. However my room offered no shade after 2pm. No umbrellas. Apparently because of wind. Guess they don't know about concrete base umbrellas. So impossible to sit outside most of the day. Food very average. Built on a hill. Golf buggies available to drive you back up. Wouldn't want to be dependent on that in high season.

Mieux que sur les photos. La maisonette avec piscine est superbe, spaiceuse, grand luxe. Buffet varié et très bon le soir. Idem au petit-déjeuner. Le seul bémol, mais pas des moindres, au vu du tarif on attend que la petite pisicine privée soit chauffée, c'est indispensable pour un sejour fin octobre. Comme elle ne l'était pas, nous n'en avons que tres peu profité, dommage.

Overall this was a nice stay, the hotel has been designed and built very well. It's built on the side of a hill and as such, the higher you go, the better the view. The view over Ierapetra city at night is amazing. The only comment on the room is that the lighting could do with being better at the bathroom mirror and the wardrobe needs more shelves / drawers. We got a warm welcome on check in but rarely got a welcome at other times. Often no acknowledgement of arriving for breakfast or dinner. During the service of these, the staff often looked over-worked. That being said, overall the food was good. The beach was lovely with decent sun beds. In the near week that we were there the bins were never emptied or the sunbed tables wiped down. The beach bar was good, but would be so much better if they walked round every now and then to see if you wanted anything rather than having to go up each time. The gym was equipped OK, though could probably do with having a set of dumbbells. Nothing to wipe down equipment after use, the air con was limited to 24°C and no towels available which again was a let down, especially as they were strict on limiting towels. The little spa on site is decent - felt very relaxed after a massage. Overall we had a nice relaxing stay and it's almost frustrating that they don't just put a bit more effort in to get it amazing.

Property very nice . Room had plenty of space. Booked room with private pool. Fabulous view. We had buffet breakfast and buffet dinner which were both great. Only downside was property built on hill. So walking down ok, but walking up a little hard if you are older. They will take you to your room in golf cart with a phone call which we used. Only stayed one night

This place is great. The hotel was perfectly kept. We did half board and there were plenty of selections at each meal and all was very good. Staff was pleasant and attentive. Beach access underground was perfect with bathroom for convenience.

Die Sauberkeit der Unterkunft ist absolut hervorragend. Das Personal ist kompetent und sehr freundlich und herzlich. Einzig manch eine Servicekraft mangelt es noch an Erfahrung zum Thema abräumen und den Überblick zu behalten. Das Essen ist abwechslungsreich und schmackhaft. Die Zeiten für den Wechsel der Strand Handtücher waren nach meinem Empfinden sehr eingeschränkt. Die Anbindungsmöglichkeiten sind sehr limitiert, da kein Bus fährt. Entweder man muss sich ein Taxi bestellen um zum nächsten Ort zu kommen oder einen Mietwagen buchen. Der Fußweg nach Ierapetra ist an der Hauptstraße generell machbar aber nicht unbedingt zu empfehlen. Es ist auf jeden Fall ein Hotel in dem man sich wohl fühlt wenn man die Ruhe genießen möchte. Der Strand Zugang ist optimal. Diese Unterkunft ist Ideal für Erwachsene, Pärchen oder wie für mich in diesem Fall als Mutter mit fast erwachsener Tochter. Das Hotel kann ich wärmstens empfehlen.

Wunderschöne und sehr gepflegte Anlage. Sehr freundliches Personal, wir hatten sogar Glück und ein Upgrade bekommen auf eine Maisonette Wohnung mit Pool. Das Essen war insgesamt sehr gut, Preise waren für die Getränke auch in Ordnung. Es gab an einigen Tagen live Musik und einen DJ an der Poolbar. Yoga wurde ebenfalls angeboten was uns persönlich allerdings nicht so gut gefallen hat, die Massagen können wir auch nicht empfehlen. Sollte man es trotzdem machen wollen, auf jeden Fall die Preise nachverhandeln.

Nous avons passé une semaine dans cet hôtel et tout était parfait ! La gentillesse du personnel est remarquable, les repas du buffet son variés, le snack du bar est un réel plus ! Chambre bien équipée et quasi neuve avec vue mer et balcon, parfait pour profiter de la vue et du soleil. Parking privé sur place, accès à la plage via un souterrain, ... Bref, que du positif !
