"The resort was very nice however alot of the amenities were a separate charge I feel they should be included with the amount of money we pay to go there. The food was okay the food needs to be cooked more. Not everyone eats meat all bloody and undercooked. When you ask them to cook it longer the cook had an attitude. The shows were pretty cool. The casino and night club were good. The resort is well-maintained. I loved that on the beach no one trying to sell you stuff that was a big plus for me. However there was a foul odor in the beach i believe that's because of the sea weed. Overall this resort is very Nice and with a little more training for the staff they should be successful. The tourism is how you make a living you need to be cordial polite and cater to your guest so they return."

"This is our third straight year staying at the fairmont. Staff never disappoint!!! Always feel welcomed. The cleaning crew does a beautiful job, even when they see us come out of the room and the do not disturb sign is hanging on the door, they offer us fresh towels and bath accessories. I wish I could give everyone 10 stars rating."

"We had a wonderful stay. The room was very nice and clean, and the staff was overall fantastic. We especially wanted to highlight our server, Verona, at the buffet. She was wonderful and always welcomed us with a smile. We also appreciated the convenient car parking and enjoyed all the fun activities. We can't wait to come back! ."

"Great stay. Highly recommend this property for its clean, modern rooms and a courteous, incredibly helpful staff. We opted to pay for the on-site dining, and every meal—breakfast, lunch, and dinner—was absolutely delicious. The jacuzzi was a major highlight, offering a hot and relaxing escape. There is also plenty of complimentary parking available. My only critique is regarding the massive pool; while it’s a fantastic amenity, the filtration system needs to run more consistently, especially during peak, crowded hours."
