"We had a wonderful stay at Lopesan! The hotel is beautiful, the rooms are comfortable and clean, the food was excellent, and the staff was friendly and attentive. We truly enjoyed our vacation and would definitely return. One suggestion for improvement: please increase the air conditioning in the lobby. It gets quite warm, and a cooler temperature would make the arrival and common areas much more comfortable for guests. Overall, a great experience. Thank you for a fantastic stay!"

"The service was impeccable! Eistein was the greatest server and took great care of us at every meal. He exceeded expectations! The food was top notch. This resort is a must do for anyone wanting to be treated like royalty during your stay at an all inclusive. The resort was extremely clean and made for a perfect place for our honeymoon!"

"We had an amazing stay at the Fairmont El San Juan Hotel! The hotel is beautiful, the beach is gorgeous, and the pools were clean and relaxing. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. The restaurants and bars offered delicious food and drinks, and the location was perfect—close to the airport and just a short ride to Old San Juan. Our room was comfortable, clean, and made our stay even more enjoyable. Thank you to everyone at the Fairmont for making our vacation so special. We look forward to coming back and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Puerto Rico!"

"Majestic Mirage exceeded every expectation during our 4-year anniversary trip. The rooms were spotless, the grounds immaculate, the food excellent, and the amenities—from the pools and spa to the daily activities—made every day memorable. What truly makes this resort special, though, were its people. Juan B is the heart of Majestic Mirage and a reason to visit by himself. Lenet made me feel genuinely appreciated when he remembered me. Daisy kept the drinks, conversations, and smiles flowing, while Fernando handled every unusual drink order flawlessly. Fernadito recognized me from my previous visit, and proved to me how much returning guests matter. Seeing Omar—a bartender from my previous visit—again on our last day was the perfect ending, with incredible drinks and an even better attitude. Ricardo made both of our spa visits relaxing and unforgettable. Elias delivered the best restaurant service I've ever experienced, and he, along with Assistant General Manager Raúl Casimiro, made our anniversary feel truly special. Reidy completely turned around our Italian restaurant experience with fast, attentive service. REQUEST Candio as your butler. He handled every reservation, request, and detail effortlessly while making my return back to Majestic Mirage feel all the more welcoming Majestic Mirage isn't just a beautiful resort—but it is the people who make it unforgettable. We're already planning our return due to this incredible staff and this marvelous location."
