「I liked the house, which is genuinely historic and full of character, and the garden areas with colourful plants and shrubs, a pond, a water feature, and plenty of places to sit. Terry and Lynne were welcoming and friendly, generous with their time and made me and my friends feel instantly at home. Terry cooked a very good English breakfast, and it was nice to meet other guests as we all sat round the same table for breakfast. The bed was comfortable and there was a good fan to keep the room...

「Family room booked for three adults. Arrived to find two single beds. Booking confirmation states someone would be there to greet us. No-one was around. Fortunately we got through to somebody by phone and were able to get into the room but they were not able to provide us anywhere to stay for the three adults we had booked and paid for. The floor, bedding and toilet were clean. However, the windows were covered in cobwebs, the chairs were stained, there were not enough cups for all three of us,...
