「Really enjoyed our stay and welcome! 」

「This was a great stay! I absolutely enjoyed my stay and will definitely stay here again when I’m back in town. The only thing to note, which I also mentioned to the property team, but they may consider adding an instruction list to the welcome packet on how to operate some of the appliances in the unit. I’d like to think I’m pretty tech savvy but I accidentally set off the smoke detector by boiling water - turns out I there was an air vent that I had no idea existed, that should have been turned...

「Chic and trendy hotel. Very nice staff and always willing to help. Free valet parking. Area is probably a little more mixed - the hotel themselves don’t recommend walking on the street alone after dark. We just took uber point to point and we were fine. We would always see hotel staff/security so it felt safe enough. One small complaint - we stayed on 5th floor which is right underneath the rooftop bar and could hear some stomping. Could not hear sound from other rooms next door so that bit...

The best thing about it were the people who looked after me and were beyond helpful before I arrived arranging my airport pick up, waiting for me when my baggage got lost and taking me back to the airport to collect it. 「这是我住过这么多酒店里最好的精品酒店，没有之一，老板和员工都当我们是家人，真的很暖心很贴心。 本来定了三个人的房间，网上付完钱，然后入住前一天我朋友说不来了，我又想多住一天，老板和他母亲二话不说，把我多付的第三个人钱放到多一天的房费里，让我省了不少 我本来已经退完房了，回去拿行李等车时给我们喝下午茶，搬行李上车，很窝心告诉我们怎么走怎么去。 真的是用心在经营。 下次来南非开普敦，只会住着一家。唯一缺点是地点比较不好找，有uber就很方便了。」

「All were good, fancy and tidy room, great location. Only one thing, Wifi connection poor, upload was extremely slow and there is no cable connection for internet.」
