"Location is superb, 100 ft to Chippenham bus station, and leads than 10 minutes bistro from the train station. Room is spacious, so is the bathroom, big and renovated. Courtyard is nice. There is a leisure pool at site too. Huge parking lot at back. The buffet breakfast offered was full English style and truly great. Staffs were super friendly. "We stayed for the 2nd time. It's a perfect location for us and we like this place. Staff is very nice, place is clean and has got everything you need. Shame they don't serve breakfast. Has got a massive parking, also there is a kebab outside so if you are hungry it's perfect to buy food. Unfortunately, this time we had a family with a baby next to our room, that kept us awake 2 nights in the row. I am not used to it anymore, as my daughter is 16 years old. "Easy to find and helpful staff when we arrived early . Light flickering in toilet but sorted by staff straight away . Found previous occupants half eaten Chinese takeaway still in the bin in the room which wasn’t great . Reported to reception all very apologetic but should really happen if housekeeping being done throughly . Maybe they just had an off day . Colleague in separate room only had one towel in the room, no bathmat and no hand towel but as a sole occupant she decided not to complain...

"The room 214 was beautiful but unfortunately next to the kitchen extractor vent which kept going all night very loud The staff said it couldn’t be turned off It would stop for 10 minutes then start off again It needs to be addressed If not in that room it would all have been fine"
