「I am sorry to say that our stay was unexpectedly very bad. Even as we checked in the property was cold. There was NO HEATING and no HOT WATER. After many tephone calls we were told that the we boiler was not functioing. We were given grossly inadequate heaters which did little to correct the situation. 「Excellent location with very easy walking into the City Centre and the Cathedral was only 5minutes walk away. Check-in was friendly and professional and although we arrived early this was not a problem. Excellent Car Parking facilities provided good access to the accommodation.
