「Good location. Older property so not very clean.」

「Listing had identical room listed as pet friendly. I assumed the price included the pet so chose it and was charged afditional pet fee anyway. Room was not clean. Dead bugs on walls and ceilings. Shower drained slow.」

「This is an older property, but nice and convenient. The only “concern” was the bathtub, it’s older and there are no safety bars and the bottom of the tub was a bit slippery. As a senior who doesn’t need a handicapped room but having the safety bars to enter and exit the shower/tub should be a strong consideration. Otherwise, it was a nice stay.」

「We picked this hotel, specifically for the kids waterpark area. The area is supposed to have heated water, but the heater was broken for our entire week long stay and apparently had been for months. The 2nd and 3rd day of our stay the AC leaked and soaked the carpet along our wall that led to the courtyard. Maintenance had to come in a shop vac it up and set up a fan for a few hours.
