"I loved everything about this hotel it was very beautiful the staff were super friendly only thing i was not happy with was my room.. The room i was given was very outdated, the carpet had bleach stains everywhere, the walls looked like they were gonna cave in, there was paint chipping everywhere, the bathroom hot water took a long time to work, the bathroom floor looked like someone painted over it. the room looked like it did not belong in that hotel.. I was pleased with the hotel but not pleased with my room.."

"Great location for see the city. Staff is very friendly and helpful. The only problem we had was the a/c unit was leaking water on the floor the staff came in the room and turned off the a/c unit and left a fan to help with the summer heat. Parking was expensive but very close to the hotel. Parking lot not part on the property paid $60 per day. Overall would I stay again yes I would. See you soon."

"We were in a Gold level room which basically makes it an all inclusive kind of experience. We didn't need to go out to eat at all; they provide breakfast, substantial food for the evening as well as snacks, deserts and unlimited non-alcoholic beverages. The staff is very friendly and helpful."

"Overall good choice for our family. Stayed only two nights but wish we stayed longer. The room was a bit tight but clean, it was four of us with the two full size beds. The bathroom could use an update, for the price you pay, but at least it was clean. Kids LOVED the pool with the super fast water slide. It definitely was a major selling point for choosing this hotel. The breakfast was excellent. Offered many choices, something for everyone. The coffee was one of my favorites since I like dark bold coffee in the mornings and that's exactly was they give guests. Overall, definitely recommended the Chelsea Hotel. If we ever come back I would choose it again!"
