"Dirty. Sheets were not changed and very dirty and stained, got new sheets to put on and they were not clean either. Also underwear left under the bed. Very clear nothing was cleaned"
"Overall pretty good. Great location but the room was not clean. Lots of hair in the sink and show. So obvious not sure how it was missed. In room safe was broken. "
"The pictures on the website are not accurate, they make the rooms look much cleaner and nicer than they are, this place was a wreck. When I checked in, the room they put me in was either occupied or missed by housekeeping entirely, I let the front desk know and they moved us to another room that had a putrid smell but we stayed in this room hoping it would dissipate, it didnt. We later found it was coming from the mini fridge even though it LOOKED clean it smelled like a literal dead animal had been rotting in there for a while. I gagged when I opened it and I have a strong stomach. The thin blanket thing I think is meant to look like a comforter was covered in dog hair. The one blanket under the sheet thing meant to look like a comforter was a very thin fleece like blanket that was not warm at all, the heat only worked on or off, the temp control thing must have been broken because it would be sweltering no matter what "temp" we put it on so it could only be controlled by turning it on or off. The entire place was filthy, there was a bunch of what I am hoping was dried mud behind the door. The paint was chipping everywhere and something reddish/pink splattered on the walls and ceilings, rust running down the walls under the sink, the thin laminate flooring was buckling in places. There was also signs everywhere that said effective march 25 2025 they will not allow someone residing in Great Falls or the surroundings areas to book there. Which was also weird. "
"I stayed two days, they didnt clean or give us new towls I had to go to the front desk to ask for new towls. They told us they dont clean rooms and to set our used towls in a bag out side our room. Which they dident take away until after we left. "
