The room was clean and the hallways smelled wonderful. The heater was off so it was freezing in the room for the first hour. The breakfast was okay mostly prepackaged stuff and not fresh coffee It was from a machine staff was wonderful though

We arrived at the property at 4:05 pm .It was supposed to be ready by 4 pm. All 3 bedrooms had dirty sheets and blankets piled in the middle of the bed. No clean sheets anywhere that we could see. There were no clean towels either. The windows were dirty. we hung around waiting for return call from ...
