"I booked this hotel based on location and reviews. The location was perfect however I should have not purchased the breakfast package, it was over priced for what they serve and quality was lacking. Check in was a nightmare after an overnight flight. They said they would send a text when a room was ready, they never did. Staff overall were nice however housekeeping needs improvements. Needless to say I wouldn’t book again."

"One of our two rooms didn’t have any area to section off our luggage. There was no way to access front desk via hotel telephone. This place felt like paying for a hotel experience and instead receiving a hostel experience. Yes, the hotel is very nicely designed but the basic room upkeep does not match. I should have someone coming to the room to make sure there’s soap in my bathroom when there was none for my time there, the trash wasn’t taken out so I would have to try and find a trash can in the lobby (there was one) to throw away simple things because no one came to empty out the can until my second to last day did I receive a cleaning service. "
