Amazing Hotel with wonderful staff

We had a wonderful stay here! The staff and hotel were truly exceptional. Our only suggestion for improvement is the air conditioning in our room, which struggled to cool below 25 degrees. This made it challenging for our 10-month-old baby to sleep comfortably at night. However, this didn't detract from our overall experience. We loved our stay and would definitely return. Thank you to the staff for making our visit so enjoyable!

Building looks great and all. Location is very undesirable. Many seedy characters loitering about smoking at all hours of the day. There is no extra lock inside room. Nothing expect your key card! I asked person at desk (who leaves at 10pm) how does one lock from inside? She responded it’s a modern hotel no extra lock needed. Needless to say any master key card can open any door. As a woman travelling alone I felt very unsafe throughout my stay. As they say you get what you pay for. Beds were clean and comfy though. I don’t know whom to call after 10 pm though as the hotel becomes deserted at reception.

We have stayed at Ned Hotel for one night, on our travel from Kroatia to our home. We loved the hotel, it is neat, modern, the personnel is really friendly and helpful. The parking space is convenient, and the restaurant across the hotel is nice. The breakfast is one of the best I’ve ever had. The room (4-person) was perfect for the occasion, clean and comfortable.

Leider sind die Fenster zum Flur raus. Man konnte kein Fenster deshalb aufmachen. Werde dort nicht noch mal buchen. Parkgebühr wurde extra erhoben.

Selten so von Fotos getäuscht worden. Kein einziges Bild entspricht der Realität 3x versuchten Mitarbeiter uns über den Tisch zu ziehen und das bereits bezahlte tägliche Frühstück doppelt zu berechnen. Eine Reinigung des Zimmers war gleich null. Zumindest die Haare vom vorigen Gast waren noch im Bett und Bad. Personal unfreundlich bis zum geht nicht mehr. Beim Check in um 13:30 wurde uns gesagt Zimmer sei fertig. Aber Check in vor 14 Uhr kostet 10€ pro Person zusätzlich. Lächerlich. Die Dame spielte lieber weiter mit ihrem Handy. Dann Parkplatz pro Tag verrechnet. Leider abends keiner mehr frei und es musste an der Straße geparkt werden. Gebucht war ein 4 Bett Zimmer. Bekommen haben wir ein Zweibettzimmer. Komischer Weise wurde die Preisdifferenz nicht berücksichtigt oder beantwortet. Das Frühstück. Katastrophe. Im Kellerloch der als Frühstücksraum umgestaltet wurde. Den billigsten Frass hat es gegeben. In jeder Bahnhofskneipe wird man besser bedient. Gäste laufen selbst in die Küche weil die krasse Mitarbeiterin wieder mal nicht da war. Wer dieses verdreckte und wiederliche Hotel erlebt hat, wird verstehen warum wir über ein Abendessen wenig sagen können und wir es freiwillig nicht gegessen haben. Ein Badezimmer ist übertrieben wenn man es so nennen will. Es ist eher ein Loch in dem man sich waschen kann. Dusche ist ohne Türe oder Vorhang. Duschen ohne das es Überschwemmung gibt ist nicht möglich. Nie wieder so ein Dreckloch.

Im großen und ganzen ein gutes Hotel, das Zimmer aber extrem klein. Für eine Nacht ist völlig okay, aber für einen längeren Aufenthalt müsste man ein größeres Zimmer buchen.

Gute neues Hotel

Ein gutes neues Hotel mit einer sehr ansprechenden Lobby und einem freundlichen Empfang. Wir haben ein Zimmerupgrade bekommen und würden direkt nach einem Kaffee gefragt. Einziges Manko war das schlechte Kopfkissen. Ein Hauch von Nichts.... Das Frühstücksbuffet war reichhaltig und hat keine Wünsche offen gelassen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.....

Helt magisk plats att besöka, ett måste om du har vägarna förbi, byn var jättemysig med lokal mat och vin, hotellet var superfint och personalen berättade gladeligen om klostrets historia. Häpnadsväckande upplevelse från ankomst till avgång. Rekommenderas.

Beim duschen schwimmt das Bad ,da die ausreichende Verglasung fehlt.Klima laut.Irrsinniger Lärm von der Strasse ..Autos..Fernseher ober der Badezimmertür angebracht sodas man nur schräg fernsehen kann,Frühstück ausreichend.
