I feel like this represents the Appalachia region because it represents community. Every time I have been in this restaurant, it feels like your home. Everyone is so kind and the people who are customers all know each other who are natives to Galax. I think that the the atmosphere of this drive in/dine represents the entire atmosphere that I have gotten from people in this region of the United States. People are always so kind to each other and make you feel like you belong no matter your background. #appalchianechoes
