「Lovely place to stay, basically a guest room in a shared house though. Quiet hours meant no late showers which was hard when our days were planned ahead of time. Host was sweet and the room was nice, just felt like a lot of rules that would’ve been helpful ahead of time. The small town is so fun, loved walking around the stores and trying all the local restaurants - they close early so plan for that!」

「Good stay here, more in Brixton than Tulse Hill where our daughter lives.
Room adequate and very close to Brockwell Park which was great for a swim!
Kettle in room for teas and coffees. We thought we may get breakfast as classed as a b&b but this is not supplied.」

「First of the descriptions of the place was very difficult to locate and I don't get it why they added photos of an university campus and the direction of address wasn't accurate. Then it stated free parking spot in the area, but I just received a parking ticket of £60 on same place with a photo of where I parked my rental car during my stay. I could have stayed at a hotel with parking spot and pay less. Maybe other customers will be okay with place, but I had a terrible experience and it's...

「Room was very shabby. You could see where pictures had been removed & needed a lick of paint. Bathroom was worse as the sink was badly siliconed & under sink unit was badly mended. Tv didn’t work & I wasn’t walking up & down 3 floors to tell anyone
The two staff we saw were lovely & this is no reflection on them at all.
Breakfast was disappointing also. Defrosted bread for toast & 2 choice of cereal
We did however sleep well & it was for only 1 night」
