「Got there and the rooms stunk to high heavens . Looks like the sheets and blankets were reused and never washed . They switched our rooms was a tiny bit better . The washer and dryer did not work so I couldn’t wash our clothes . When go to leave at 5 am and they were trying to tell me I owed $108 more dollars even though I paid everything in full . Never stayed an extra night or anything . So we couldn’t leave till 7 . The front desk guy refused to call his manager my kids were up and ready to...

「It was water spilling on the charger wall by the lamp and damaged my charger, looks like water was spilling from the ceiling , they put the coffee maker in the bathroom…. That’s it All I have to say.」

「Police came to the parking lot and arrested a young girl don’t know why. People sit outside their room with loud music and smoking. Honestly not a place to bring your family for the price I paid I wasn’t expecting this. Also not continental breakfast. They have some coffee and a toaster some bread and juice in the small reception area.」

「Our room had NOT been cleaned! We got 2 rooms, they separated our rooms so my husband and I separated and he took 3 and I took 3 we all ended up in one room bc our rooms was so dirty! Front desk lady was helpful she took my photos and said she would request refund but none had been refunded」

「The property is old and the room are okay but I didn't appreciate how Expedia falsely advertised that it had connecting room and charged so much for that and we ended up with just one room. Never booking anything from Expedia. False advertisement」

「Everything was great, except for the housekeeping who didnt want to give me extra towels and wash clothes. There was 4 of us in a room we use that set and needed extra. If I pay my money I should be able to get extra towels with no problem.」

「Same staff as when we came for the 4th of July last year—in the hospitality industry in the panhandle, that is saying a lot. Property was basically in the same condition. Food and amenities were great. We will continue to be back. Love this location.」

「Clean, friendly staff and quiet. The room was extra hot and the ac wasn’t the best, its green hotel using solar panels tho. Multiple guests I met had the same complaint, but all in all a great stay.」
