Basic amenities and nothing fancy but all you need for a comfortable nights sleep in Graus. The WiFi always works and the food downstairs is always on point. Same family has owned this spot for ages and they are very accommodating!

Séjour à Graus

Dans un esprit à la fois familial et professionnel, l'accueil est cordial dans cet hôtel restaurant qui semble être en soi un établissement central dans la petite ville de Graus. Les chambres ne sont pas des plus modernes, mais avec la rénovation récente des salles de bains elles offrent le confort attendu. Le restaurant propose à sa carte les produits régionaux pour des tarifs très raisonnables.

Agréable séjour

Hôtel agréable, au bord d'un cours d'eau, chambre spacieuse, salle d'eau rénovée. Possibilité de manger sur place salades, plats combinés ou menu. Petits déjeuners copieux et bons. Personnel sympathique et serviable. Le centre de Graus avec la Plaza Major sont très agréables et à moins de 5 mn de l'hôtel.

Habitaciones MUY antiguas

El hall y ei restaurante estan muy bien. La localizacion es perfecta, pero las habitaciones son de la primera tenporada de Cuentame. No se corresponden ni de lejos con las de las fotografias. Entiendo que alguna tendran reformada pero a los usuarios de Hotels nos colocan las antiguas

Mala experiencia

La habitación tenia una máquina de Aire Acondicionado de los 80 y que además no funciona. Vas a reclamar a recepción y te responden que como hace mucho calor no funciona bien el aire. Si saben que no funciona lo que no es procedente es entregar una habitacion sin clima en Julio con 39 a la sombra.sin embargo en la bar la climatizacion funciona perfectamente y se ve que es nueva . El resto de la habitacion tambien muy antiguo. En resumen hotel con instalaciones muy antiguas. El retaurante y cafeteria si son modernas. No recomiendo hospedarse

Mal estado.

El hotel , es un hotel con muchos años y necesita renovarse, el estado de todos los muebles es viejo y desfasado pesr a la ultima mano de pintura que se le dio. El cuarto de baño no esta adaptado y tampoco tiene un aspecto limpio e higiénico. A todo ello se suman unos colchones y almohadas duras y con muchos años, los muelles se sienten en el cuerpo.

Pues llegamos el sabado dia 10 de agosto y la habitacion tenia el aire acondicionado estropeado... tenian lleno el hotel y nos trasladaron a un apartamento a unos 300 metros pero nosotros queriamos hotel... comiendo un dia el camarero se equivoco con la comanda... no repetiremos por que hay otro hotel fantastico que ya habiamos estado casi al mismo precio con mas estrellas y muy bien ubicado.una camarera gallega le daria un 10 y a la chica de las habitaciones que nos reouso toallas en el apartamento un 20 de el personal esas 2 señoras de 20 el resto...regular

Hôtel trop vieillot

Hôtel très vieillot, salle de bain trop petite avec baignoire sabot. Pas de savon pour les mains et climatisation en panne. L'intérieur n'a rien à voir avec l'extérieur moderne. Très bon accueil d'un monsieur à l'arrivée. Malgré cela nous ne recommandons pas cet hôtel qui reste en plus trop cher.

Das Hotel sieht von aussen super aus. Reception, Restaurant Terasse tiptop. Zimmer etwas in die Jahre gekommen, Klimaanlage geht nicht, Duschvorhang hält wenn man vorsichtig ist, Sauberkeit könnte besser sein. Zimmertür ist ganz einfach ohne Schlüssel zu öffnen. Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ist zu teuer für's angebotene!!

Hotel muy correcto entre calidad y precio. El único inconveniente fue que la griferia del cuarto de baño no es monomando, y es un poco engorroso cuando te tienes que duchar. Por lo demás, muy correcto y agradable.
