「When we arrived, the hotel had our reservation wrong and said it was Expedia’s fault. Instead of a double room from an adult and a 14-year-old child, with breakfast, they had a reservation for a single room without breakfast. The supervisor came and after some negotiations (she wanted us to pay extra in order to stay a double room) gave up, and we were allocated the room initially booked via hotels.com. I had asked AI before booking (because my son had a sports match at 9) what time, breakfast...

「This hotel truly surprised us as the actual rooms and property look even more beautiful and luxurious than the photos. Our room had two queen beds and it was huge, with high ceilings. Beautiful carpeting and decorations, in the room as well as the lobby and hallways. Bathroom was spotless. Double curtains, bedding was crispy white and beds were comfortable. Unfortunately we got to stay here shortly and in the fall, so we could not enjoy the amazing mosaic pool. The young gentleman at the front...
