「We loved this location and property. It is a gem. Michael the host greeted us upon arrival. He answered all my questions promptly through our stay. The unit was extremely quiet. The pool and grounds was beautiful. We ate breakfast every morning outside at the dining table. Coffee, sugar, and tea was provided. 」

The owners were incredibly friendly and offered many great suggestions for us to check out. 「Property was pitiful, small, dirty, bugs, inadequate shower, couldn’t flush toilet paper, was told by checking host we needed to put to in the trash and not the toilet. Extremely small room, air didn’t work and no lock on the door. Want a full refund, didn’t stay ever one hour.」

「We booked this property last minute as we had our flight cancelled and thought we would be stuck for a few days due to weather back home. Yes, it says non-refundable, but it didn't matter at the time of booking. We thought we wouldn't be able to go home and all the hotels were booked. Within an hour of booking we got news that we had a flight. I immediately contacted the property and asked for a waiver to cancel the reservation. She acted like it would be no problem but after a few weeks of back...
