「Toen ik en mijn partner arriveerden was er een klein probleem met de reservering. Onze reservering was nergens te vinden. Het werd wel op een professionele manier aangepakt en opgelost door de beheerster. Wij kregen een tijdelijke kamer voor onze eerste nacht en de eerstvolgende ochtend mochten we verhuizen naar een studio, zoals wij gereserveerd hebben.
