We traveled for a World Cup game and the front desk staff was great! They helped letting us know about the area and were very kind, and even helped scheduled transportation to the airport for us. I also thought the hotel was located in a good central part of the city, but still not in a loud crowded area. ~15 min walk to the water/market and ~30 from the stadium. The rooms were nice, bathroom was clean, and AC worked. There was also a little kitchen set up in the room, which I didn’t have to use, but it seemed to be convenient.

The room was nice but what you are really paying for here is the location. From here you can easily walk to concerts, space needle, etc. Is that worth $400 for a single bed with no view? Up to you. The parking was easy, elevators slow, staff very friendly.

Beautiful hotel. Fantastic location, around the corner from Pike Place Market, and our room had a fabulous view. We enjoyed the views (and cocktails) from the rooftop terrace, and everyone on staff was helpful, friendly and welcoming. Looking forward to our next stay!

"The first room they gave me the key card did not work I went and got a new key and walked in on people as the room was already occupied. Got into the next room and it was fine except there was no little shampoo bottles and also apparently no housekeeping at all the 4 days I stayed but room was ok ..."
